The Vascular Tree Dynamics, Microcirculation And The Pressure Mechanism WITH GENEVIEVE FORGET, D.O.M.P.(Can)
SAVE THE DATES: Genevieve Forget D.O.M.P. September 10-13, 2026
Faculty:
Lead Instructor: Genevieve Forget D.O.M.P. (Qc, Can)
Course director: Yusuf Q. Erskine D.O., founder Inspiring Osteopathy Seminars.
The immune and nourishment dynamics of the vascular tree and its neuro-endocrine modulation system constitute an important element of the body’s ability to autoregulate. The vascular tree represents an embryological developmental axis
which remains as a biomechanical, biodynamic and bioenergetic reference of
coherence for the physiology. The microcirculation represents the medium of cellular exchanges constituting the metabolic terrain of physiology and the site of primary dysfunction of many conditions.
The pressure mechanism represents an adaptive functional unit to the body’s
requirements to preserve cellular exchanges and homeodynamics with the
environment.
This practical workshop will explore:
The vascular tree, microcirculation and the pressure dynamics to reconstitute a
structural and functional integrity, allowing patients presenting CHRONIC
CONDITIONS to improve.
For example:
- Chronic pain conditions including fibromyalgia and CRPS
- Vascular dysfunctions (HBP, arrhythmia, etc.)
- Immune defense vulnerabilities (parasitosis, leaky gut, etc.)
- PNEI terrain precursors
SYNOPSIS OF PRACTICAL WORKSHOP:
Restoring the vascular tree dynamics:
- Work from the heart to the primary trunks (aorta, VC, thoracic ducts) towards the periphery (cranium, spine, UEs, LEs)
- Integration of the tensegrity, resonance and radiance of the vessels in relation to viscosity and flow quality
- Work on autonomic and endocrine regulation in connection with the vascular unit according to presentation
Clearing of microcirculation:
- Work to restore CSF-lymphatic-glymphatic continuity to reach underlying primo-vascular dynamics and intra-extracellular synergy in relation to cellular metabolic activity
Restoring the pressure mechanism:
- Work of the anterior-posterior, medio-lateral and cephalic-caudal interactions of the different compartments in relation to the physiologic gutters, the vascular tree and the diaphragmatic synergy
- Integration of the interaction between the tissue frame and fluid dynamics for an optimal expression of potency
Harmonisation of the vascular unit and pressure dynamics to the person and
their coherence
This work is an adjunct to traditional fascial, fluidic, and energetic work. It is a
complementary, efficient, and useful tool to assist patients with complex and systemic conditions:
“THE RULE OF THE ARTERY” REVISITED!

Description
What if you could offer your patients more than relief, true, lasting transformation?
As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, you’ve mastered the body’s intricate systems.
But complex cases with chronic pain, emotional stress, and visceral dysfunction demand more. You need a solution that integrates body, mind, and self-regulation to address root causes, not just symptoms.
Philippe Druelle DO will teach in this four-day course clinical methodology for relieving the suffering and dysfunctions of our complex patients. This course is fascinating, expanding our capacities as osteopaths and enables us to relieve our patients by involving the mechanisms necessary for balance and health, in accordance with the core concepts and principles of osteopathy. The central chain is a functional unit which is the key to our body’s self-regulation. It includes and brings together all the organs and the brain, the heart and the main arteries, the plexuses and especially the Vagus nerve, which run the factories of our body. That’s why we also call it the tree of life.
The Druelle Central Chain Course is unlike any osteopathic training you’ve experienced. Philippe Druelle, DO, brings decades of groundbreaking insight, sharing clinical methodologies that target the central chain—the core system connecting the brain, heart, and vital organs. This course empowers you to: Your patients count on you for relief. With the Central Chain methodology, you can provide much more: true, lasting health.
Philippe Druelle DO, internationally recognized as an expert in this field, will present the results of his 40 years of clinical and experimental research on this subject, as well as a model explaining the interrelationships between the brain, membranes, fluid and liquid dynamics, vascularization and bioenergetics. It has been more than twenty years since the Central Chain Course was first presented in the USA by Philippe Druelle at Dr. Frymann’s Osteopathic Center for Children. I am thrilled to bring Druelle to explore with us his further developments in the correlation of the Central Chain, the Chakras, and Somatic- Emotional health.
