While we often experience the body as a structure of solid elements—bones, muscles, connective tissues, and organs, it is, in essence, a predominantly fluid system. Healthy aging arises through attunement to these multiple levels of our embodied human experience, allowing movement, circulation, and vitality to remain coherent and alive.
As I approach my seventieth year, I feel deep gratitude for the opportunities life has offered me. Among them, my more than fifty years of yoga practice stands as a central foundation. It is a pleasure to share O.N.E. Yoga with you.
